So December is here like I said in Wednesday’s post it’s now socially acceptable to put your tree up and also wear a Christmas jumper! Im wearing one with a Persian cat on it tomorrow and I cannot wait! I’m not going full hog with Blogmas but I’m going to give more frequent posting a go so let me know what you think to it!
As well as Blogmas, December also signals the start of party season though and I love party dresses and I’ve now got a ball to go to tomorrow night! Eep! It’s a masked ball held by The Light in Leeds as part of their supper club, and if you like a good last min outing like I do tickets are still available (at a reasonable price of £53.69 for a three course dinner, DJ and two cocktails that’s pretty good!) the only requirement for the ball is you must wear a mask! Eeeep!
Now don’t fear as I’ve checked and there’s quite a few on ASOS from £5.50 (thanks Halloween markdowns!) so with next day delivery you can be sorted if you order now! I’ll be wearing a face lace mask that I picked up as a ‘just in case’ purchase at Halloween for a quid in the sales- perfect! I knew it would come in handy somehow! Dress wise I am not buying a new one – SHOCK!- as I’ve just been dying to wear this gorgeous velvet one again! However it doesn’t mean I haven’t bought anything new! I’ve got a new bag and shoes – the bags on its way today but it’s this one here and it’s a bargain at £12.50 I think!
I also treated myself to some new heels when MissGuided had 50% off making these beauts £20- the Rose gold hexagonal block heel and lovely nude pink satin leg ties were calling me! I’m just hoping that they aren’t too high for the dress! If they are they’ll just become some beautiful decoration in my dressing room as they are utterly beautiful!
I’ll be trying it all on together tonight so here’s hoping it all looks fab! I’ll be on Instagram stories all night with Lucinda so keep your eyes peeled for all the action- I’m so excited for it!
