I went a bit mad in the Debenhams sale last week and the first day they had 40% off sandals, plus I had another 10% off after that! It was whilst browsing what was on offer I found these gorgeous Rocha John Rocha Black Lace Up Sandals (£45) at a more bargainous price than above so I snapped them up! I then wore them non stop whilst the sun shone last week!
They’ve got a small wedge which helps make them look a little less casual and they fit great, accommodating my wide feet comfortably, I’m wearing an 8 (EUR 41) here. They are also so soft as they are real suede so have been comfy from the get go (unlike my New Look Guille Lace Ups that gave me a blister just looking at them!).
There is an unfortunate downside upon removal of the shoes.They leave rather interesting imprints and they also dyed my feet slightly too. I looked pretty silly when I had to change to ballet flats to visit a site and I had dimpled slightly grey patterned feet on show.
I paired them last Sunday with another pair of Asos Jeans, a George top and Maserati accessory! I went along to a shoot for Mode Magazines at a place called Carlton Towers so I took the opportunity to snap a few photos for here as you do. I literally want to get married again so I can have my reception here, it looks amazing! Oh and the car was okay too and it was a nice way to spend the sunny but windy day I just want the sun to shine again now so I can wear my sandals again! I’m sensing these may be my go to sandals this summer!
